M-luxury退換貨品及寄運風險政策:

1、所有貨品不提供試用服務,包裝一經開封,非品質原因不予退貨
2、因您個人原因造成的商品損壞(如自行修改尺寸、洗滌、皮鞋皮具打油、長時間穿著等)及保管不當、商品的正常磨損,不予退貨;
3、未經授權的維修、誤用、疏忽、濫用、事故、改動、不正確的安裝所造成的商品品質問題,或撕毀、塗改標貼、防偽標記等不予退換;
4、附贈品之商品、組合銷售商品、禮包、套裝中的商品不可以部分退貨;
5、如客戶未經M-luxury辦理退貨申請,直接將商品寄回M-luxury,M-luxury 不承擔保管、重新發貨、退款責任,必要時M-luxury 有權處置滯留商品。
6、圖片及資訊僅供參考,因拍攝燈光及不同顯示器色差等問題可能造成商品圖片與實物有色差,商品以實物為準;
7、退貨時,商品未經開封、使用且包裝保持出售時原狀,若有贈品,請一併退回;M-luxury 所有商品均帶有M-luxury 防偽標識並保留相關攝影檔案,在未發貨前已經以電郵方式呈上給客人審核,寄回商品如無M-luxury 標識將不予退換
8、所有商品簽收如超過72小時(以物流公司快遞單顯示簽收時間為準) 商品如有品質問題,不提供退換貨服務。如貨品是鐘錶類,有電子驅動的商品,手袋,服裝,飾品等錶面的破損,則可依據原品牌的專櫃進行保修,有些品牌沒有設立首年免費保修,所以也需跟隨有償維修凖則和價目錶。
9、如因為是品質問題,請先將問題重點拍攝,需清晰可見並電郵給我們審核。如審核批凖後可以寄回,所退回商品必須有良好的包裹包裝(包括包裹填充物及外包裝箱或外包裝袋),您可以重新使用M-luxury發貨時的包裝材料,同時請您務必放入足夠的填充物,避免包裹內部發出碰撞聲或小件物品零散置於包裹中。因暫不支援運費到付業務,商品寄回時運費請您先墊付,並將運費支付憑證一併寄給M-luxury。
10、由於處理不當及退貨寄運過程中不論任何原因導致貨品出現損壞及遺失,風險由買家承擔,M-luxury不會作出任何賠償及退還款項。
11、所有非質量問題要求退換貨品,運費將由買家承擔。
12、您需要於申請審核通過後儘快將退換貨商品寄出,並登陸“我的帳戶-退換貨記錄-登記”填寫所使用的快遞公司名稱和快遞單號以便M-luxury及時跟進與處理。
13、退換貨時,請您務必將保持完好的原品牌包裝盒或袋、內帶附件、標籤、說明書等,發貨單、收貨快遞面單(如有發票或贈品)需同商品一起退回。如寄回商品缺少發貨單、收貨快遞面單或包裝破損/丟失,即便在退換貨期內,也無法為您辦理。
14、保證所售商品均為正品且無品質問題,如果您在使用時對商品是否為正品存在置疑,請出具專業品質監督檢驗機構的書面鑒定,M-luxury 根據國家規定予以處理。
15、門市直接購買之貨品不適用於以上退換政策。
16、有關以上退換貨品及寄運政策,M- luxury 有權作出修改而不作出任何書面通知。

 5. If the customer directly sends the product back to M-luxury without M-luxury applying for return, M-luxury will not be responsible for storage, re-delivery or refund, and M-luxury has the right to dispose of the stranded product if necessary.
 6. The pictures and information are for reference only. Due to problems such as shooting lights and chromatic aberration of different monitors, there may be a color difference between the picture and the actual product, and the product is subject to the actual product;
 7. When returning the product, the product is unopened, used and the packaging is kept as it was when it was sold. If there is a gift, please return it together; all M-luxury products carry the M-luxury anti-counterfeiting logo and retain the relevant photographic files.  It has been submitted to the customer by email for review. If the returned product does not have the M-luxury logo, it will not be returned.
 8. If the receipt of all goods exceeds 72 hours (subject to the receipt time displayed on the express list of the logistics company), if the goods have quality problems, no return or exchange service will be provided.  If the goods are watches and clocks, electronically driven goods, handbags, clothing, accessories and other surfaces are damaged, the warranty can be carried out according to the original brand counter.  9. If it is a quality problem, please focus on the problem first, which must be clearly visible and emailed to us for review.  If you can send it back after review and approval, the returned goods must be in good packaging (including package fillers and outer boxes or outer packaging bags). You can reuse the packaging materials that M-luxury shipped.  10. If the goods are damaged or lost due to improper handling and for any reason during the return shipping process, the risk is borne by the buyer, and M-luxury will not make any compensation or refund.
 11. All non-quality problems require returning the goods, and the freight will be borne by the buyer.
 12. You need to send the returned goods as soon as possible after the application is approved, and log in to "My Account-Return Record-Registration" to fill in the name of the courier company and courier number used so that M-luxury can follow up in time  with processing.
 13. When returning or exchanging goods, please be sure to keep the original brand packaging box or bag, with accessories, labels, instructions, etc. in good condition, and the delivery note and the delivery receipt (if there is an invoice or gift) together with the product.  return.  If the returned product lacks the delivery note, the delivery receipt, or the package is damaged/lost, it cannot be handled for you even during the return and exchange period.
 14. It is guaranteed that the products sold are genuine and have no quality problems. If you have doubts about whether the products are genuine when using them, please issue a written appraisal from a professional quality supervision and inspection agency, and M-luxury will deal with them in accordance with national regulations.
 15. The goods purchased directly from the store are not applicable to the above return policy.
 16. M-luxury reserves the right to revise the above return and exchange and shipping policies without giving any written notice.
